- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and startups
- Create scenario planning models for geopolitical and market volatility
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Mentor R&D teams on integrating future trends into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technology ecosystems and disruption patterns
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, APF)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
