Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce high-impact trend reports and disruption analysis for executive stakeholders
- Architect client-specific future scenarios and strategic roadmaps
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of disrupting markets through 2020+ strategic initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology)
