Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts affecting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence impacts
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating metaverse, Web4.0, and decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) ecosystems
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption and ethical innovation governance
- Produce annual Future State reports with predictive modeling and opportunity/risk matrices
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into R&D pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Establish cross-industry innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech) and their socioeconomic implications
- Proven track record developing and implementing scenario planning frameworks for multi-year horizons
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analysis or implemented innovation strategies
- Fluency in emerging tech standards (ISO/IEC 23843, IEEE 7000) and ethical frameworks
