Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating industry 4.0 transitions
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry foresight forums
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for global engagement
