Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and executive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption scenarios
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints, fostering rapid prototyping and validation of future-forward concepts
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline velocity and market impact
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Mentor cross-teams in futures-thinking methodologies and adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies and market-disruptive concepts
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
