Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and metaverse developments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management
