As a key member of our Future Insights division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research pioneers, and global innovators to anticipate paradigm shifts and position our clients as industry pioneers. Your work will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and long-term organizational resilience in an accelerating world.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends across technology, economics, and social dynamics to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to guide organizational adaptation to future market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into innovation pipelines and R&D priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA, APF preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations for enterprise clients
