Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term foresight frameworks to map technological, economic, and societal trends through 2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Deliver strategic briefings to executive leadership and board members on emerging risks and opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and global innovation hubs
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and product teams
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and whitepapers
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and anticipatory leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published author or recognized thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy
