Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework for 2026 and beyond
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive industry shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies and market implications
- Drive innovation sprints focused on quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience
- Create thought leadership content to position company as future-industry authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in tech-driven environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
