Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 2026+ strategic pathways
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Present strategic frameworks to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Build and mentor a dedicated innovation team focused on exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services (2020-2025)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Strong background in at least one exponential technology domain (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFSD) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic frameworks implemented in Fortune 500 companies
