Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Curate and analyze global trend data to predict market shifts and consumer behavior
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $2M+ annual budgets
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership within tech/biotech/energy sectors
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Fluency in at least one technical domain (AI, genomics, or renewable energy)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
