- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and future-readiness maturity
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for deploying breakthrough technologies in regulated sectors
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and innovation catalysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio of delivered innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies required
