You'll leverage advanced trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping to position Horizon Dynamics as the undisputed leader in next-generation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating futuristic concepts into scalable products
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation or technology strategy
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and strategic partnerships
