Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario models for market evolution and competitive landscapes
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business strategies
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with macro-trends
- Represent Nexus at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Maintain proprietary trend database with predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with documented impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech trends
- Advanced data modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
