Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business strategy.
- Conduct deep-dive market research on emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Sustainable Energy Tech.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Manage a strategic innovation budget to fund pilot programs and R&D initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical visions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Mentor a team of analysts and junior strategists to foster a culture of forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or technology consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise in emerging tech trends, specifically AI and Future Tech.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact strategic initiatives.
