Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive, multi-year technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and positions Nexus Horizon Labs as an industry leader.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Biotech integration, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- R&D Strategy: Lead the R&D strategy, identifying key partnerships and acquisition targets for emerging technologies.
- Executive Leadership: Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and Board of Directors, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of new projects before full-scale implementation.
- Team Enablement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning across the engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership roles.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product and technology strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
