Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies with 2026 adoption horizons, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Research and analyze future tech trends, disruption patterns, and market readiness for next-generation innovations
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future tech capabilities into product development cycles
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify partnership opportunities for emerging tech ecosystems
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track technology adoption effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR, and biotech
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology transformation strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and venture capital communities
