Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for disruptive technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching products with future-facing technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, AR/VR, IoT)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in forecasting tools
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Fluency in agile methodologies and product development frameworks
