- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor a team of 12 researchers and engineers in cutting-edge prototyping
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or similar methodology
