- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and organizational goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage a $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Mentor a team of 12+ technical specialists and futurist researchers
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or Web3 architecture
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $10M and teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech or business journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
