Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to develop patent-pending solutions
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech innovators
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future technology integration
- Monitor geopolitical trends and regulatory impacts on tech innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
