Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives in quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and carbon-neutral tech
- Collaborate with C-suite to define strategic partnerships and M&A targets
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and industry consortiums
- Mentor R&D teams on emerging tech adoption and ethical implementation
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or Business
- Experience with government tech policy frameworks (e.g., CHIPS Act)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, etc.)
