Responsibilities

- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI frameworks
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and startups
- Create innovation roadmaps with clear milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Google AI, AWS Machine Learning, Blockchain Council)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to market leadership
