Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends in AI ethics, decentralized systems, and climate-tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using quantum-resistant cryptography and neuromorphic computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge technology adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year implementation cycles
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and algorithmic decision-making
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrated experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or AI alignment frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof systems with 3+ year ROI horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience scaling tech operations in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (NIST, IEEE standards)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
