Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies including quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize innovation initiatives and secure executive buy-in
- Build and manage a portfolio of experimental projects with 5+ year horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technological impact and ROI
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 3+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and research
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
