Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Mentor teams in emerging technologies and design thinking methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Experience scaling teams across international markets
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese preferred for APAC partnerships
