Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interface systems
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (e.g., synthetic biology, AGI frameworks, Web4.0 architectures)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with ROI projections and risk assessments
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators focused on 2026+ capabilities
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with exposure to emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
