- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web4, bio-integrated systems, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused features into core offerings
- Present technology visions to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology implications
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting 2026+ innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
