Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis and technology scouting to identify disruptive trends (e.g., GenAI, Edge Computing, Spatial Computing) relevant to our industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to integrate emerging tech stacks into legacy systems without disrupting current operations.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure scalability and resilience for future demands.
- Develop and present strategic business cases to stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-impact technology investments.
- Mentor junior strategists and engineers on future-proofing best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategy, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformations and defining long-term roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their practical application in business.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
