Responsibilities

- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes to identify strategic innovation opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation budget and vendor ecosystem for emerging tech adoption
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
