Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- PhD in Computer Science or Engineering from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ engineers
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI ethics and autonomous systems
