Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present compelling tech vision to stakeholders and investment partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching products 3-5 years ahead of market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ timezones
