- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business growth targets
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, Web4.0) to identify competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and disruption readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer next-gen R&D initiatives
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years experience in tech strategy, product innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, biotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
