- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on future initiatives
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members, securing buy-in and resources
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry consortia to shape tech standards
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning) and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech ecosystems
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CSM)
