Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) for competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Partner with VCs and startups to identify disruptive acquisition targets
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Drive R&D investments in next-gen infrastructure and talent acquisition
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Strong stakeholder management with C-suite and external partners
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Prior experience in fast-paced tech startups or Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
