Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and Web3 infrastructure
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech solutions into product development pipelines
- Build and manage a network of industry experts, academic partners, and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of strategic technology experience
- Proven track record of launching or scaling technology products in emerging domains
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or IoT ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical trends into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced innovation environments
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic research institutions
- Certification in emerging technology fields (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Governance) preferred
