Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations
- Manage a portfolio of R&D initiatives focusing on ethical AI and sustainable tech solutions
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech conferences and industry thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing product development and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and implementing disruptive innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, blockchain)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or major industry publications
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Futures Studies preferred
