- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT SC)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization within regulated industries
