Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and technology incubators
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for long-term technology planning cycles
- Mentor emerging technology talent and build future-focused capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or senior R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technology roadmaps for enterprise-level impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy journals
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
