Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Research and assess emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, bioinformatics) for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes affecting our industry
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026-era capabilities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven experience with emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-level leadership
- Strategic planning certification or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating technology transformation projects
