- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) into product portfolios
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale next-gen solutions with 3-year commercialization plans
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems implementation
- Present technology visions to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven forecasts
- Drive R&D budget allocation based on ROI analysis and competitive landscape mapping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future studies
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Stanford AI Ethics)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or futurism
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency preferred
