Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruption vectors in global tech ecosystems
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to investors, boards, and industry forums
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record executing large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation circles
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
