Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and drive decision-making processes
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation lab focused on 2026+ technology horizons
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ years market impact
- Expertise in forecasting emerging tech trends and translating them into business value
- Strong background in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or biotech
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous, high-stakes projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
