Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, quantum)
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to incubate future solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on emerging tech trendsExpertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and venture capital investors
- Certification in emerging technology (e.g., Google Cloud AI, AWS Quantum)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects implemented post-2020
