Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations in quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Lead moonshot projects with $50M+ R&D budgets across 5 global innovation hubs
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with market disruption opportunities
- Build and lead elite teams of PhDs and industry pioneers in emerging tech domains
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier scientific journals
- Drive ethics and governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
