Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in future-tech
- Certified in Futurist Methodology (CFP) and Agile Transformation
- Expertise in blockchain architectures and decentralized systems design
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ in high-growth tech environments
