Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Guide ethical framework implementation for emerging technologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 12+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/quantum/IoT)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
