Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into core product offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring future technology adoption success
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership content on technological disruption and future readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for large enterprises
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Certifications in strategic planning or emerging technologies preferred
