Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and IoT ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into scalable products
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience with agile development in regulated environments
