Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, metaverse)
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate innovation into corporate strategy
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring technological ROI and impact
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (preferred)
